Eritrea's Independence
Eritrea was annexed and absorbed by Ethiopia in 1952, provoking a long war of liberation that culminated in Eritrean independence in 1993. Several BA students and parents migrated to the US as a result of the unrest in that region. Here we see a student and her father describing their experiences during that historic time to Mr. Hall's World Geography class.
